1. Our role
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), ProjectOne (operated by Innogate Platforms Pvt Ltd) acts as a Data Fiduciary for the personal data of buyers and sellers using the Platform.
2. Consent
We collect personal data only with your consent, for clearly stated purposes (account creation, order fulfillment, fraud prevention). You can withdraw consent at any time from Account Settings, subject to data we're legally required to retain.
3. Your rights as a Data Principal
You have the right to: access a summary of your personal data we hold; request correction or erasure; nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and file a grievance with our Grievance Officer before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.
4. Data of children
The Platform is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly process personal data of children without verifiable parental consent.

Email privacy@projectone.in with subject line "DPDP Request" to exercise any of the above rights. We respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act and its rules.
