We collect information you provide directly (name, phone, address, payment details via our payment partner) and information generated by using the Platform (order history, video views, device and log data).

2. How we use it

We use your data to process orders, verify sellers, prevent fraud, personalize the video feed, and communicate order and account updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. See our DPDP Compliance page for how to exercise these rights.

4. Data sharing

We share data with logistics partners (for delivery), payment processors (for transactions), and infrastructure providers (for hosting), strictly to operate the Platform.

5. Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required by Indian tax and consumer protection law thereafter.
