1. Who this applies to
These Terms govern your use of the ProjectOne website and mobile apps (the "Platform"), operated by Innogate Platforms Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Buyers and sellers
ProjectOne is a marketplace connecting independent sellers with buyers. Sellers are independently verified before listing, but ProjectOne is not the manufacturer of seller listings unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders and payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment partner. Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Content and conduct
Product videos and listings must accurately represent the item being sold. ProjectOne may remove content or suspend accounts that violate platform policies or applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
ProjectOne's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
